WCS has been providing services at the Matz Center – Youth Crisis Stabilization Facility (YCSF) in Watertown for just over a year. The center provides care for young people, ages 10-17, who are experiencing a mental health crisis or need a safe place to be during times of distress. WCS operates the eight-bed center in the former Alyea House at Camp Matz in collaboration with Jefferson County and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.

By all accounts, the first year was a great success! (See the First Year Outcomes below!)
