How to Get Started
- If you are 18+, eligible for state insurance (Medicaid) and have a substance issue you are seeking support for, please complete the online referral form or call us at the number listed above.
- When we connect, we will ask you a little about yourself and how we can support you, tell you more about the program, and answer any questions.
- Next, we will schedule a time for one of our team members to meet with you to begin the program.
Our Services & What to Expect
Peer Specialist:
Each person is paired with a dedicated Certified Peer Specialist to walk with the individual on their path of recovery and to provide a strong connection to recovery support groups, activities, and community resources.
Treatment Services:
All individuals have access to treatment services for substance use and mental health throughout recovery to ensure treatment is easily accessible at the appropriate time.
Healthcare Services:
We provide access to healthcare services including primary care, specialty care, psychiatric services, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to help individuals improve physical health and wellness.
Professional Team:
Individuals will partner with a team of WCS professionals who are committed to helping achieve personalized recovery goals. This team will coordinate services, access resources and provide support along the way.
