4/1/05 - CSP Exchange version 1.0.0 released
What is CSP Exchange?
The CSP Exchange is a database-driven application that is specifically designed
to meet the operational and management and administrative needs of Community Support
Programs. The developers of the CSP Exchange worked at a CSP site, became familiar
with HFS 63 and developed a database application to meet the unique needs of an
assertive community treatment model.
CSP Exchange Features
- Referral and admission information for each consumer
- A "face sheet" for each consumer that includes information most often needed by
case managers e.g. addresses, telephone numbers, DOB, social security number, effective
T19 date, etc.
- Progress notes with electronic signatures that include time, place of service, billing
type, and CSP billing codes
- Customizable templates for initial assessment, in depth assessment, reviews, treatment
plans and any other frequently used forms
- A medication administration record with easy web site access to current prescribed
medications for after hours, on call staff
- Discharge component that tracks dates and reason for discharge
- A housing component that tracks housing history, rent amounts, etc. This component
also allows staff to make comments about specific sites/landlords when, in turn,
becomes shared knowledge within the application
- An accounting component that tracks all clients' deposits and withdrawals. Bills
can be paid automatically each month by check. At any time, a staff person or consumer
can access a print out of deposits and withdrawals by time period and a current
account balance
- A billing component ensures accuracy of T19 billing and submits billing electronically
to EDS
