Lab Technician for (SCRAM Program) - Part Time

Duties
Position Summary: This position has responsibility for all technical functions in regards to the WCS SCRAM program, including installations, technical maintenance, assistance with inventory control, and de-installations. Duties: Ensure SCRAM program is set up and administered according to AMS SCRAM process and procedure guidelines. Provide client management support on a daily basis for all SCRAM Program Participants in Waukesha, Ozaukee, Kenosha, Sheboygan and Milwaukee counties (this may include some participants in other outlying counties). This includes client equipment installation and removal and maintenance of equipment. Ensure complete enrollment/data entry for all clients in SCRAMNET. Assist to review and resolve all scheduled maintenance alerts. Assist to review and resolve all communication alerts. Assist with reporting for confirmed drinking or tamper events by generating a violation report. Review and manage program participant agreements. Ensure clients who are paying for SCRAM monitoring are following agency procedures for payment guidelines, and collect and secure client fees to the SCRAM Assistant Program Director. Provide notification and follow up with customers and client/offender based on Daily Action Plans provided by AMS. Maintain inventory and physical control of all SCRAM equipment including changing batteries, faceplates, and straps as required. Collaborate and coordinate with the Assistant Program Director (and the Administrator if the APD is unavailable) regarding any concerns with the daily operations and the development of SCRAM. Work with WCS program staff involved with SCRAM. Clean SCRAM equipment returned to the SCRAM Program by case managers and secures the equipment in the inventory.

Qualifications
Associates degree in criminal justice or related field. Strong preference for Intoxicated Driver case management experience. Other case management or offender monitoring will be considered. Valid driver's license and insured automobile required. Travel is required to install, maintain and remove equipment. Must be able to work with persons charged with, or convicted of repeat drunk driving offenses.

Average 20 hours per week; flexible work schedule

$11.22 - $13.01
