Case Manager - FCSP
Duties
Summary: The position is an integral part of a multidisciplinary treatment team comprised of psychiatrists, nurses, and other support staff. Manage caseload of consumers diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illnesses with involvement in the criminal justice system. A sense of humor is helpful. Caseload will allow staff to provide individualized and creative services. There is an opportunity to earn 3000 hours.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for on going assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, symptom management, supportive psychotherapy and case management activities.
Responsible for electronic and/or hard copy documentation of all direct and indirect contacts with clients
Qualifications
Minimum of a Master's Degree in a behavioral science. Experience working with individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness or AODA preferred. Willingness to take initiative and work with a minimum of supervision, flexibility as to work schedule. Interpersonal communications with a diverse range of people, including the proper handling of persons in crisis situations. Valid driver's license and insured automobile.
Hours
40hrs Monday - Friday with rotating wkends
